• Responsible for Market research to identify the clients based on organizations strength, skills and Technologies.• Responsible for Lead Generation of the potential clients through Web Portals and Social Media• Responsible for Email campaigns and cold calls to the prospect clients and follow up for the appointment.• Responsible for marketing activities to showcase organizations competencies with the strong focus on Social media marketing, networking, presentations, participation in forums, blogs and virtual conferences etc.• Responsible for making initial calls to understand the client’s requirement and to request for Technical discussion with the delivery team.• Discuss with Technical team to understand the strength areas, available resources, delivery capabilities and prepare the presentation based on the inputs prior to the technical call.• Responsible for relationship management with the existing clients and penetrate more business.• Responsible for maintaining database of target companies to track and report status on each of the companies.• Responsible to Prepare and maintain database of clients by skills and vertical wise.• Provide fortnightly, Monthly, quarterly, yearly sales performance reports to the Manager.
