I enjoy the diversity and experience that this gives me, as I'm constantly faced with new and exciting challenges. I apply lean principles and design thinking to business problems, devising adaptive and technological approaches. I like to look beyond the business problems being presented and get to the root cause and strategic drivers to ensure sustainable and effective solutions.In addition to process improvement, my technological background has proven very useful on projects. I apply design and development skills often including web/system development, requirements elicitation and specification, information analysis and design, engagement with users, front-end design, development, implementation, training and analytics. I'm fascinated with psychology and getting the best from people. I'm an ENTP (Myers-Briggs), and my top themes from Strengths Finder are ideation, strategic, analytical, activator and intellection. I'm increasingly interested in work at the strategic level involving significant, disruptive change/innovation.I'm a massive fan of Google, Xero, and Ideo, and I love being at the bleeding-edge of technology. Although I have a strong affinity to Google, I'm also believe strongly in being able to work from any device or platform.
