During my tenure, I led multiple high-impact projects including MultiChain.Storage, Filswan, LagrangeDao, Orchestrator, and SwanChain. By strategically allocating resources and personnel, we achieved rapid development and deployment, consistently delivering high-quality products to the market. My continuous improvements to our offerings resulted in MultiChain.Storage experiencing an 87% increase in file storage over two years, and Orchestrator achieving top-tier success rates in user and AI project deployments.Prior to our mainnet launch, we successfully completed two extensive testing phases: Saturn and Proxima. In the Saturn test phase, we achieved a total transaction volume of over 150 million and a user base of over 25 million. The Proxima test phase saw transaction volumes of over 36 million and over 14 million users. These rigorous tests culminated in the successful launch of the SwanChain mainnet, which currently boasts a market valuation of approximately $300 million. As the project lead, I remain committed to delivering stable, reliable, and user-friendly products.Our current focus is on enhancing SwanChain and Orchestrator. As the Project Manager, I leverage my deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to design efficient product frameworks and ensure timely delivery of functionalities. I am also responsible for QA and DevOps, overseeing final testing and deployment to production. Furthermore, I maintain direct communication with our international clients, particularly in China and Vietnam, ensuring seamless product usage. Additionally, I engage actively with our community developers, addressing their concerns and providing support to enhance their experience.As a team leader, I am also responsible for personnel management. This includes submitting requests to HR for new positions, conducting performance evaluations, and handling layoff applications when necessary.
