My goal is to protect the City's assets by maintaining our facilities in their most original condition while continuing to improve the facilities functional abilities to keep pace with the changing needs and occupants.Services performed include building preventative maintenance and repair, remodeling, custodial services, park maintenance, the upkeep of the City of Perry's splash pad, special event set up and break down, event meeting set up to include audio.The Building Maintenance Division is also engaged in ongoing special programs including energy conservation and researching more efficient, economical methods and products to provide cost saving servicesBuilding Maintenance and Custodial Vision: To provide outstanding customer service through teamwork, innovation and the development of positive relationships for today and tomorrow.
