• Provide technical service on customers' installed base equipment, including preventative service, installation, calibration to factory and customer specifications, and the completion of all required documentation.• Perform installation of optometry equipment including chairs, stands, slit lamps, instrument tables, biometers, computerized tonometers, and refractometers• Perform repair and maintenance of laboratory equipment including blood gas analyzers• Troubleshoot and repair steam sterilizers • Perform installation and maintenance of critical care and long-term care beds • Safety and performance inspections on various devices including laboratory fridges, warming units, suction machines, thermometers, syringe pumps, RPW therapy equipment, Hydrocollators, and physiotherapy tables.• Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up

• Diagnose electronic systems and data network issues.• On-site Installation, service, and troubleshooting IP camera vision systems.• Ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints.• Set up computer networks, and workstations.• Verify air and power supplies, check air valves, air pressure, electrical connectors, and cabling.• Set up data analysis software.• Work in industrial environments wearing PPE and following workplace safety measures.• Documenting all related processes and producing detailed service reports.• Providing customer training.• Travel to multiple customer sites in North America.• Remote support.

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of electronic and electromechanical devices such as steam sterilizers (autoclaves), low-temperature sterilizers, water treatment equipment, and washers at healthcare facilities.• Electric steam generator installation and maintenance.• Air compressor installation and maintenance• Test and verify electrical components such as electrically-controlled actuators, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors.• Troubleshoot air hose, pump, piping, and pneumatic valve problems on site.• Work closely with sales representatives, and other field support personnel to provide customer support. • Managing spare parts inventory. • Customer training on operation and proper use of the equipment.
