- Researched/wrote federal, state and foundation grants, averaging successful grants of $.25 million annually. - Provided strategic analysis of career services resulting in the expansion of Goodwill Career Connection Centers into four additional counties; provided high-level oversight for regional Career Connections staff. - Led program staffs through change theory to determine program impacts and causal outcomes, establishing our Outputs/Impacts data collection and reporting model used until 2021.
