I specialise in Treaty settlements and post-settlement governance advice for iwi groups, as well as tikanga disputes and takutai moana applications - before the Courts and in negotiations with the Crown. I advise clients on employment and workplace law matters, particularly as tikanga relates to these matters. I have experience with employment investigations.As an Associate of AMINZ, I am also available to facilitate and/or mediate disputes regarding various kaupapa.I advise both Māori and non-Māori on a range of disputes in these areas, providing wider strategic and legal advice with a solution-focussed approach.
