A semester-long program intended to develop the knowledge-base and skill-set required of citizen leaders in a religiously diverse democracy. Meeting weekly with the University Chaplain, the program challenged us to develop our understanding of the diverse religious traditions that make up American society, as well as the skills necessary to be effective and informed citizens in a religiously diverse democracy. As part of the program, we facilitated an interfaith engagement opportunity for the campus community.

Assisted high school ESL students in an American history class. Duties included translating to and from Spanish, building computer skills, and assisting with lessons as necessary.
