Responsible for all commercial activities- Pricing/ business development - import and export volumes/ budgeting/ analysis of performance of South East Asian Locations.• Is also responsible for efficiently managing the commercial functioning of South East Asian region including team management as well as for providing strategic inputs to the Top Management.KEY RESULT AREAS• SALES:Discuss with Management and set down the Sales target for the assigned locations in the areas of export, imports etc.Identify the targets/responsibility of the Agent / Office sales team.Identify potential sales opportunities and keep relevant locations informed.Work with the Agent / Office Sales team to achieve Sales target.Identify new markets and developments in the respective regions.Visit key customers regularly (local/outstation).Information flow on lines developments to respective locations (new routes, pricing, tariff and other commercial related issues).Make sure that locations/agent maintains an effective organization including People management - training, development, performance monitoring, motivation, guide and provide career inputs.Take decisions pertaining to assigned locations in consultation with Management. Measure performance and give feedback to corporate/regional head office.Responsible for location's performance in terms of time, revenue, quality and quantity.Sales Manager
