Talent Sourcing.Job Profile: (End-To-End Recruitment for the given Business Verticals)Responsibilities:Understanding the SL/Department Heads requirements.( via KOM)Preparing Sourcing Plan for every project mentioning run rates and deadlines for each stage of the projectSourcing candidates through various sources (Consultants, Job-Portals, Networking, References, etc)Screening & Short listing of resumesConduct Interviews & shortlist candidates Coordinate & Schedule candidates for the final roundFollow up with the short listed candidates.(w.r.t.
