Responsible for founding, recruiting and training the first directory, structuring and formalizing the company on the university and according to Brazil’s law. Establishment of partnerships with other companies and professors, management of the enterprise, team of 10 grad students, OKR’s, prospection of new clients and projects such as: Management consultancy for Ambulatory of the University Hospital, Organizing the remote teaching of UFRJ Medicine, technical and financial viability study for new business, market research, courses and events organization and others.
