This quickly led to the vision of designing the next iteration of StudentHire: a more real-time solution that could enable both Students and Employers to be matched more quickly, closing the gap between Job posting & completion (and to enable same-day, last minute help).As we iterated over this new vision for StudentHire, we worked with a development team overseas to update our Laravel app into a more schedule-based system that allowed Students to easily update their availability while affording employers more flexible options + quicker turnaround.
