At shift start ensure the manpower, In case of shortage arrange the Alternative manpower.Check the welding coil, available gas and gas pressure before Production start if any shortages inform to incharge Or maintenance.Check’s everyday plan for reducing model changing time.Every models first, middle and last parts checked in the master jig and welding flow if any issues teaching robo to fix it.Check every hour production and maintaining the UPH.At shift end 3c and 5s activities or doneSubmit the line report with rejection and rework status to incharge.Update the production details in SAP M/M and store material details in Swot ERPPreparing and following the work instruction.Responsible for maintaining the production documents.Making improvement to current operations to improve efficiency.

Ensure 4M condition,Following 3c & 5s,Eo change analysis,ensure POKE YOKE system and achieve KAIZENManpower handling, tool handling, PPE following, waiting CARS report to JE, calibration reset before shift records.Collect communication on before shift operators to avoid the unnecessary problems.Following the 5s rules on every single process because all are Sensor based if any tools not in their area machine can’t run, thats Affecting the process and UPH.If any reason production maybe affected, make alternate plan to achieve everyday production.At shift end update daily production status. And any car offline Informed reason with VIN number.
