• Provided the overall logistics management and oversight of five major components Route Identifier Code-Geographic Manager (RIC-GEO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Kuwait Base Operations and Security Support Services (K-BOSSS), Subsistence (CLASS I) Support Warehouse Manager, Ice Plant Manager and the Self Service Supply Center (SSSC – valued at over $1,000,000).• Managed the distribution of over 300,000 gallons of bulk water to four dining facilities directly supporting over 10,000 Service Members and Civilian Contractors and workers with zero interruptions of service.• Planned, managed and tracked over 750,000 bags of ice from Camp Arifjan to eight Subsistence ice points throughout Kuwait and 360,000 cases of bottled water to over 200 water supply points without incidents, accidents or shortage• Developed an organization policy for issuance of bagged ice in accordance with the Department of Defense policy saving the US Army over $250,000

• Coordinated the logistic support and management of 119 individuals in two large scale organizations and 33 separate small departments organizing efforts, tracking and operations for fuel support, ammunition support and consistently meeting and exceeding standards for all stock levels.• Directly coached and mentored five supervisors and 3 junior staff providing job performance counseling focusing on specialized areas within each occupation, sustainment and improvements leading to career advancement. • Worked with different departments researching, analyzing and computing found $515,435 in overages which resulted in reviewing and completing the turn-in of items reducing overages to $3,728 overall.

• Assisted in the management of the operations, planning, and training, schools packets/applications along with advising the Operations Director within each area for an organization of 450 personnel providing all reports, presentations, briefings and Operational Orders on time or ahead of schedule. • Planned, organized and supervised the movement, relocation, disbursement or deployment and re-deployment of 1,229 personnel; persons moving into and out of the organization and leaving the organization returning to the civilian workforce enabling a smooth transition to include individuals assigned needing housing and directly working with the installation housing placing 40 family immediately when the waiting list was over two years.• Evaluated a team of eight supervisors on an annual basis providing recommendations within each occupational specialty, position performance and areas to work on for career advancement resulting in a majority of team members promoting ahead of peers.

• Synchronized and managed the logistics support of a Heavy Equipment (Semi-Tractor Trailer) Team of eight supervisors and 35 employees instilling leadership, accountability and organizational values; training and evaluating each individual ensuring occupational awareness and the ability to advance resulting in a 30% retention rate within team.• Managed the overall upkeep and maintenance of 20 vehicles valued at $5MIL with zero losses or damages; taking and completing advanced assignments typically completing above standards set by the Department of Defense. Completed logistic support assignments on Fort Hood with a team five Heavy Equipment Transport Systems (HETS) which would normally take an organization of 300 personnel.
