As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr at BAE Systems, I work with hiring managers to find the most qualified candidates for various open positions. I continuously seek out process improvements that allow me to work smarter and not harder and I'm dedicated to providing the best candidate experience possible. While my role may be challenging at times, it is very rewarding to provide support to candidates and hiring managers while ensuring that our staffing needs are met in an adequate and timely manner. Just knowing that I am a part of a company who provides our military branches with products that they need to safely and successfully do their jobs makes me feel very proud. When I am not in the office, I like to spend time with my four grandkids, Alyvia (13), Ayanna (7), Ayon (6), and Xavier (2). I also enjoy cooking family dinners for family and friends. I love to write; I'm currently working on writing a cookbook. Finally, I love to travel to see and learn about new places.
