At Almest, completed 10 $1 million+ projects including 3 PDO sites,10% under budget and within specs and stipulated time.• Acquired certification in H2S & CO2 ENTRY GASES PERMIT• Acquired HSE TRAINING PASSPORT issued by PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY(Certificate)• Acquired Valid Oman Driving License (Light) Manages tasks/projects and clients expectations for the planning, design and construction of Water/Wastewater treatment plants, storm water systems, distribution/collection systems, and pump/lift stations as well as creating construction documents, specifications and handling construction oversight/administration Meets established budgets and delivery schedules for each assignment; for project/task scope schedule and budget Coordinate with contractors and vendors for project execution Develops small to large design projects from inception to completion Creates cost estimates and project schedules, and will be responsible for completing design tasks within budget and on schedule Performs detailed engineering calculations & analysis, and utilizes design software to solve complex issues Supervises and supports the work of others and mentors junior level engineer & design/drafting technical staff Coordinating with customer regional engineers for site progress discussions

At Cinzac, as Service Manager spearhead the operations of waste & water treatment division in all over the state and managed service team of about 40 technicians with 80 AMC sites and 20 O&M sites along with other sales & project management.Average annual after sales business handled : Around 40000$AMC business : Around 6000$Spares & Chemical business : Around 2000$ O&M business : Around 12000$Labor business : Around 3500$Total Manpower handling: 40-50 nos Number of AMC sites handling: Around 80 nos Number of O&M sites handling: Around 20 nos Engage with equipment sales and product service of Thermax make water treatment plants along with other service management activities in department.  Responsible for achieving growth and spare and after sales service targets by successfully managing engineering team.  Monitoring the Service status of Thermax Water treatments- AMCs, E&Cs, O&M etc. on a monthly basis with the assistance of the Asst. Service Engineers / Service coordinator. Preparing the annual target for Thermax Water treatment business in coordination with senior Service Engineers and other engineers. Planning and Delegation of duties for all Thermax WWS Service Engineers on daily basis. Providing Technical support for preparing offers for spares, AMCs, Labor, etc. based on Thermax service engineer inputs or customer enquiries. Monitoring of the complaint registered through ERP AND Thermax registers. Maintaining the Minimum Keep Essential Spare Parts in Cinzac Stock in coordination with Store Manager.  Supervising Operation and maintenance sites all water treatment section.
