 To lead the team work to ensure timely, quality and safe execution (permit system) of piping specifications and Monitoring of Pipe Line  Ensure completed jobs for conformity to statutory and company & International standards and specifications Site Project engineering meeting with PMC and Consultants  Supervising of material handling, crane mobilization, adequate man-power, tools and tackles from contractor are followed  Coordinate with site inspectors & engineers to resolve site executions problems  Preparation of necessary Technical submittals as required by client in consultation with site team  Fabrication & erection of pipeline & checking & verify Insulation measurement quantity of subcontractor. Arranging for inspection of fit-up, welding of pipeline joint checkup of pipeline using isometric drawing Reporting to the Project Manager for requirement of materials, tools and area of concern at site Implementation and ensuring safe working environment at working place Ensure that quality standards and safety regulations are achieved  Designing and Implementing Cost effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput. Developing testing and evaluating theoretical designs. Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Customers. Making sure a product can be made again reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments Fit-up checking as per P&ID and Isometric drawings and release for welding. Maintain updating of NON-P&ID, P&ID records etc. Preparation of As-Build Drawing as-per Site Situation. Installation of Check Valves, Control Valves and Non-Return Valves.  Maintain project safety awareness and enforce company HSE policy. Attend various HSE Course & meeting for improvement, involvement & awareness of employees towards safety.
