 Leading a team of 20 plus including engineers, supervisors and technicians Carry out residual engineering, preparation of general arrangement, fabrication and detail drawings, procurement of materials/ equipment’s, testing at manufacturer’s site, fabrication, construction, inspection, testing, mechanical completion, initial acceptance, precommissioning and commissioning of complete Electrical and instrumentation system. Organize key project meetings which include Contract review, Design review, Project meetings, weekly progress review meeting and Pre inspection Meeting (PIM) with client Select sub-vendors, submittal and approval of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) with client and issue purchase order specifications with contracts team for material/equipment procurement/subcontract ensuring satisfactory cost control within the budget. Steer post award kick off meeting with vendor, expedite, monitor, and review vendor deliverables in line with contractual requirements, execution schedule, Purchase Order requirements and terms & conditions, ensure suborders of materials are in line with supplier’s engineering and manufacturing schedule, and monitor respective deliveries and performance Development and Schedule of workpacks to meet contractual KPI targets Timely Preparation of method statements, material submittals and drawings for the execution of works. Budget monitoring and control to achieve overall project requirement, project milestones, profitability and to liaise with project Director on possible potential area of risks or reward Monitoring of material requisitions from site for quantities and to ensure conformance to client’s specifications as per the applicable codes, drawings etc. Ensure the implementation of progress monitoring concerning the construction activities and compare to planned durations and productivities. Continuously review the project schedule and assess impacts in case of any changes and execute remedial actions

 Lead Engineer for construction activities for the complete Electrical and SCADA/PLC systems at site  Reporting on E&I related project activities to the Project Director and the client. Design review and coordination with various Electrical subsystems like MV switchgear,110 V DC Charger system, Transformer, LV panels, UPS SYSTEM, Lighting & small power, Fire alarm and centralbattery system, Earthing & lightning protection system, ELV system(Access control, structured cabling,CCTV), PLC&SCADA SYSTEM etc Coordination with the design team for the timely submission of submittals - Shop Drawings, Material Submittals & Method Statements for approval. Carry out activities in accordance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Procedures Focus on the construction sequence of the project during the different stages and provide construction input into the engineering design execution, project planning and scheduling activities Estimation of Quantities for the project from the tender and shop drawings and raising MRs from site for Material procurement planning and coordination with supplier for delivery as per site requirement.  Planning and monitoring of Electrical and ELV work in accordance to approved shop drawings, project specification, material submittal, latest DEWA, SIRA & DCD regulations.  Preparation of labor histogram, resource planning and monitoring labor productivity based on program.  Input to the QA procedures and QC compliance implementation. Ensuring compliance to QA/QC procedures. Raising inspections for material and work inspections in coordination with QA/QC Engineer Responsible for subcontractor and vendor management including invoice certification.  Based on KPIs, prepare evidential documents for weekly internal site reviews and weekly meeting with consultant/ client Review and timely submittal of method statement and risk assessments of works Managing the E&I pre-commissioning and handover to the commissiong

Layouts, instrument index, Hook up drawings, MTOs, Technical Bid analysis, Hazardous area equipment & practices. Preparation/Review of single line diagrams, Electrical cable route, Cable schedule, Termination schedule, Lighting& small power layout, Earthing layout, Electrical Equipment Layout and Load Schedule for various DBs  Electrical construction works including installation of solar panels and associated items, Installation of DBs, modifications in the existing panel boards, power cables, installation of cables including excavation and refilling of cable trenches, cable glanding & terminations, bulk materials and installation of earthing system. Cathodic Protection works including installation of new permanent and temporary CP systems for pipelines, replacement of existing CP system including transformers / rectifiers / cables / test points etc, removal of redundant CP systems. Instrumentation construction works including Installation of field instruments & junction boxes, installation of wellhead control panel, Tubing and instrumentation works, installation of Fire & Gas devices, installation of PLC, Installation of Passive cooling shelter, installation of RTU + Antenna, Antenna tower, field cable routing & cable termination, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities and vendor assistance at site.
