Responsible to manage, support, and supervise all enquiries in a Service bay. Responsible to attend customer complaints and recording it in the job sheet, there after evaluating and presenting a customer complaints with its solution and give the quotation. Offer customers Annual Maintenance Contract and fixing the appropriate product deals as per need. Ensure Sales on value added services like Under body painting, Teflon coating, DE-carbonization and Polishing. Intimate the customers with each work and actual cost of spare parts and labor for maintenance and the time of delivery. Give orders for the necessary spare parts in the spare parts store. Update the customers about the work. Follow up calls to maintain good customer relation and to assure quality maintenance. Attend meetings to present innovative and technically sound solutions to meet customer needs. Focus on securing work and keeping the organization on the cutting edge of technology and to ensure customers the best service. In conjunction with Technicians and the other Team members manage all customer complaints, and get approval from the service manager for the work as applicable. Ensure all documentation are done. Update each and every work to the service manager at the end of the day. Maintain accurate cost database information. Maintain knowledge of new techniques /technologies. Ensure all work as prescribed by company policies & procedures. Respond to customer complaints and clarify requests for information in a timely manner. Participation in weekly Meetings.
