Currently managing a manufacturing portfolio spread across automotive, agricultural, and mining products, spearheading product development including engineering APQP, PAPP submissions, production management and continuous improvement while engaging with both customers and vendors to drive quality control, VA/VE opportunities and meet sales and budget objectives. I facilitated, managed and implemented business transformation initiatives bringing cost savings of USD 28M for the Cargo division. This involved re-engineering and mapping the cargo division's commercial and operational processes while creating and monitoring KPIs & objectives. Performing gap analysis of organizational critical points across value streams, and engaging with stakeholders led to developing action plans, recommending suggestions for continuous improvement and implementing improvements using Lean Six Sigma concepts. I consulted for a start-up, providing quality control for customer service and resource management. I also performed feasibility analysis, cost/benefit analysis and performance analysis and monitoring.

I performed a wide range of analyses on large data sets using Microsoft Excel and Access for airports in the NY tri-state area. Analyses included demand/capacity analysis, deicing analysis, obstruction analysis, and runway length analysis for airports. I also ensure compliance to FAA regulations, technical requirements, drawings and advisory circulars for Master Plan studies, updated ALPs and provided solutions that adhere to the FAA regulation for airspace and imaginary surface obstruction removal.
