This project is interfaced with OCR Scanner, which will read data from the Tender Submission sheet, which is having a standard format and it will place the data in the database. It supports Graphical Analysis for BID status.COBRA Access Control This is a small software application to support the Access Control device supplied by COBRA. The application helps to write information to the smart cards through smart card writer and keeps the details of smart cards that are written and issued to different people. This in turn keeps track of the movement of smart card users with their swipe details. This application has modules such as Smart Card Management, Access Control and Reports.
