As a member of the South African Chefs Association and graduate form the HTA - Hospitality Trainers and Associates institution, he has proven abilities to make positive changes.With a passion for the culinary arts and health and wellness, Renko believes knowing where nutrients and supplementation (weather medicinal or food grade) come from, and what goes into it, is an integral part of his pursuit for optimal nutritional balances. While using local knowledge and inspiration over the span of his career in the culinary world, Renko has build relationships with various industry players around herbal health and wellness and his extensive knowledge and skillset related to standard business functions, such as human resources, finance, marketing, sales, administration, and transportation has enabled Renko to make smooth career transitions. “My simple techniques teamed with imagination creates the best results and I believe that being assertive and having time to spend in the areas that will make a difference in this world, will empower not only my community but also impact future communities of South Africa.
