Responsible for keeping a seamless coordination between all departments and controlling their operation in line with the company’s standards, revenues and controlling costs while ensuring the highest comfort and satisfaction of guests.Cluster Head for Housekeeping Operations – As the cluster head for Housekeeping, this role works closely with the Executive Housekeepers in the cluster, implement strategy ensuring that key performance indicators for Housekeeping department are closely monitor and team goals are achieved. Cluster Head for Service Excellence (2014 – 2015) – Monitor and liaise with the Property Managers in monitoring the cluster customer satisfaction score to include customer satisfaction rating for the different properties including on line reputation score.
