Senior associate on a team of lawyers appointed as “Lead Counsel" and "Co-liaison Counsel" for families harmed in the Flint Water Crisis, ultimately obtaining a historic $600M settlement with the State of Michigan and City of Flint. Handled critical bellwether plaintiff depositions and expert discovery. Most recently, led a team that successfully opposed multiple summary judgment and Daubert motions.
