I work today as Project and Operations Manager at CONQUIST ENERGY LTDA™️, a company in the field of Renewable Energy in Ceará, Brazil in addition I am a Bachelor of Actuarial Sciences, at the Federal University of Ceará, and I seek to align the knowledge of Risk Science in the Management of Projects and Operations that I involve, always with keen curiosity and active listening, I seek to improve myself and adapt to reality.I know well the PMBoK Guide and the fundamentals of Project Management, focusing on prediction and adaptability, seeking to bring good practices to the projects I am involved in. I am a Project Manager in constant training and improvement, I seek, allied to good practices, to have a look away from the aggregate risks of each decision and action taken and to think of mitigators and solvers to insert in my management toolbox, especially with regard to risks.I am passionate about working at CONQUIST ENERGY, I see myself growing a lot here. CONQUIST ENERGY™️ is focused on providing implementation services of Micro and Minigeneration Distributed Plants, in the Photovoltaic Solar Energy segment throughout the state.
