I am a corporate lawyer and ex-banker with over 24 years of experience in the fields of banking, corporate law, and international development. As the founding partner of Banking Solutions, I provide comprehensive project advisory and legal services to clients across Asia and Africa, with a focus on banking, mergers, technology transfers, and legal frameworks.I am also the chairman of the International Trade Committee between India and Ethiopia, where I promote cultural exchange and economic cooperation between the two countries. In addition, I am the founder of Aalekh Foundation, a non-profit organization that empowers women and youth through education and skills, and advocates for sustainable development goals (SDGs) such as water conservation and climate change resilience.
