Compiling and managing the tender inputs. Attending pre bid clarification meetings to ensure all details pertaining to scope of work, project execution & tender preparation are clarifiedInterface with other departments as required Coordination of all subcontractor ITT and evaluations. Coordinating and gathering costs information as basis for project budget. Compiling the project budget spreadsheet to build up the cost base. Evaluating of the project risks. Evaluating the competition Presenting the project budget to management. Finalizing pricing in collaboration with the top management.Compiling the commercial qualifications to ensure compliance with all commercial principals. Preparing & submitting complete technical and commercial bids to the client. Ensuring all deliverables as mentioned in the ITT are covered and in order.Ensuring timely delivery of the tender documents. Dealing with ongoing post bid clarifications / negotiations. Preparation & hand-over of all relevant tender documentation to Projects and Contracts teams after award of contract and attendance of Project Kick off meetings.Support / ownership of on-going tendering initiatives. Follow up the progress of the bid and analyze reasons if unsuccessful.Receiving and understanding post-contract feedback, obtained from executed projects, for use in future bid efforts.Follow with the Projects & Accounts team to identify the final result of the project executed
