Within two years, Student Consultant grew to 75 student consultants, works on projects for the biggest companies of the Netherlands and collaborates with top-tier consultancy firms. - Performed an analysis of a high potential product of PeakFactory from an user-centered perspective, resulting in adjustments and improvements of this product.

- Led the research to make the strategic decision of the optimal business model for a new product and the intended product launch including the desired segmentation strategies.- Led the research to describe the AS-IS situation of PeakFactory in order to identify areas of improvement for the organization.- Led the research to assess the level of burn-out, satisfaction and engagement of PeakFactory’s employees and a study to assess the effectiveness of the teams working at PeakFactory.- Designed and modelled business processes needed for improvement of PeakFactory’s core transformational processes and the construction of a new department.
