At BallotReady, I collaborate with a team of researchers, developers, and designers to create and maintain the largest database of local election data in the US.Outside of BallotReady, I serve as a multi-faceted creative who utilizes illustrative design and social research, as strategic tools to cultivate and communicate in ways that leave others feeling seen, heard, and known. I have over 11 years of experience as a freelance and in-house graphic designer and illustrator, working with diverse clients spanning industries across five continents, ranging from the world of editorial publications to non-profits and global brands. My background in rooted in sociology and graphic design and gender studies, supported by graduate research work and a certificate in computer software engineering. Having such a well rounded palette enables me to tackle complex and interdisciplinary challenges, cultivating approachable but culturally relevant communication methods and strategies for any brand.
