I am co-author of Coaching On-the-Go with Jenny Robison, published by Pearson/FT Imprint. And we are the co-creators of the GIZMO used to generate the COTG Skills Report. This is a unique tool designed to create leaders-who-coach. We have a wonderful range of Authorised Partners working with us around the world as we seek to change the way coaching is understood as a leadership skill.My primary role is to bring the GIZMO and the COTG Skills Report to as many people as possible around the world to help them develop as leaders-who-coach. This applies to everyone, irrespective of seniority, experience or age.I am also a management and executive coach working with all client types and levels of seniority - I have a deep business background having worked at Board level within global organizations, which enables my rapport building and insight. I was a 'finance guy' (international banker, treasurer, finance director) before realising that people drive successful businesses, not the numbers!!! I am passionate about helping people to improve their skills through coaching and facilitating change.Having completed my PhD in 2019 I'm now a fully fledged 'pracademic'.
