An experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Facilities Management sector, having won and successfully managed several large contracts with the NHS and private hospitals in London.As well as Facilities Management, my experience also extends to Hospitality, Business Admin and Social Care roles. I have also worked as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Social Workers. East Thames Housing Association gave me my first taste of welfare to work, their Employment and Training team offered me a position as a Job Broker, which I enjoyed immensely. I was working on an ESF funded project establishing business relationships with employers to help get local people back in to work byorganising employment fairs and running employment workshops and liaising with similar W2W organisations. At Prospects I was working on the Government work programme helping the long term unemployed back to work, working across 6 boroughs. In this role I was engaging with employers across London to source vacancies for our clients, providing in-work support. As I am PTLLS Level 3 qualified I was also able to deliver Employability workshops and pre-screenings.I am currently working with Family Mosaic as an Employment Coach covering Waltham Forest, Hackney and Newham.
