Renske Dyedov is a Director of Programs at Washington State Academy of Sciences. They possess expertise in project management, community outreach, life sciences, neuroscience, research and 17 more skills. Colleagues describe them as "Renske is a rare mix of implementer and strategist. She has a gift for simplifying big ideas into manageable messages and actionable steps, and keeps the big picture in mind even as she dives into the details of day-to-day tasks. I took the risk hiring Renske as my program director as her first job out of graduate school even though most of the responsibilities she assumed were not part of her formal training. I am so glad I did! She proved to be one of the quickest learners I’ve ever met, adept at managing up and down, and just right mix of collaborator and independent starter. She will be an MVP employee and colleague for any organization!"
