About Ann Gregory

I am entering my 22nd year in Real Estate in Arizona. My emphasis has been Property Management for the last 19 years. I enjoy what I do and I work to have a great relationship with not only my owners but I pride myself on my ability to work with residents and vendors. Because I am a quick study, I am capable of taking over an already smooth running operation and bring myself up to speed quickly in order to keep it running at peak performance. However, I also excel in taking on difficult projects and bringing about positive resultsI never fear a challenge and I welcome circumstances that allow me to put my problem solving skills to the test. When approaching either, I always “think outside the box” and look at situations from all angles in order to reach the best solution. Evicted over 40 units while at the same time taking occupancy from 72% to 97% in 4 months.Implemented "weekly" or "starter" program that allowed for residents with issues to get a chance to start building their rental side of credit. Maintained an 87% renewal rate.Increased deposits by 73% through increasing rents and fees while beating my comparable neighboring properties by approximately $100/month per unit in rent.Handled multiple large scale capital projects on a very tight budget.
