Managed a 108 unit complex that needed revamping as its internal structure was broken. Worked with Mesa Police Department and Attorney to remove over 20 units that had strong ties to criminal elements.Accomplished in a 90 day period taking the occupancy from 78% to 95% through cleaning up the property and heavy marketing.Lowered expenses and increased Administrative fees and Collections for the owner.

Managed day to day operation of 204 unit Condo Complex with an annual budget of $650,000.
