I am entering my 22nd year in Real Estate in Arizona. My emphasis has been Property Management for the last 19 years. Evicted over 40 units while at the same time taking occupancy from 72% to 97% in 4 months.Implemented "weekly" or "starter" program that allowed for residents with issues to get a chance to start building their rental side of credit. Maintained an 87% renewal rate.Increased deposits by 73% through increasing rents and fees while beating my comparable neighboring properties by approximately $100/month per unit in rent.Handled multiple large scale capital projects on a very tight budget.
