At present,Im creating a Curriculum for Trust,Prosocial Behaviour(caring,sharing,cooperation) and Reciprocity.We collaborate with schools to deliver Social and Emotional Learning Programs.We do have a neat designed curriculum that includes 5 basic elements of Social and Emotional Learning ( self awareness,social awareness,self management,relationship skills and responsible decision making) .Our curriculum aligns with multiple intelligence theory (interpersonal and interpersonal skills) and follows CASEL GuidelinesWe basically use social and emotional learning as a tool to elevate educational experiences.Altogether , The overall mission is to teach basic social and emotional skills for school going kids thereby contributing to their overall emotional development.

I use my creativity and blend with Psychology to create new simple mind hacks which helps in overall mental health

I posted videos during COVID-19 to bring awareness about mental health.

I teach communication skills and also help them to improve English vocabulary and comprehension for dyslexic,autistic and ADHD special children.I also use psychology - based techniques and my creativity to help children to improve their self esteem.

I teach basic Social and Emotional skills for kids using worksheets and also teach concepts in psychology which can be applied in real time life.I strongly believe earlier intervention on social emotional learning gives long term positive- effects on social and emotional health.I have also conducted introductory workshops on social and emotional learning in schools and non-profit organisations.
