Job responsibilities include project representation for the department, cross-functional engagement, utilizing PK/PD modeling skills to assess the exposure-response relationship of novel compounds. Participating on dose sub-teams for clinical dose justification and providing understanding of magnitude targets for efficacy of new agents.

Responsible for the delivery of in vitro pre-clinical PK/PD understanding for all programs within the anti-bacterial portfolio. Designing and executing in vitro static and in vitro dynamic time course studies to define concentration-effect response relationships for novel anti-bacterial compounds. Responsible for interfacing with in vivo and pre-clinical PK/PD modeling scientists.

Designing and analyzing various research projects.Assisting in manuscript review/writing.Supervising and training junior students.

Responsible for clinical monitoring of 3 multi-centered Phase 3 trials
