I have worked with companies having employee strength of 50 to 2000 employees,Working as a Global HR for US, Canada, Saudi gave me experience working with diversified manpower. 16 years experience in workforce management - temp, permanent, contract employees.Besides being experienced in the traditional duties of HR Director/ Head HR of employee life cycle, manpower planning, payroll, comp & Ben, training and development, employee engagement etc. In last 16 years of experience developed various Manuals, Procedures, Guidelines etc .I act as advisor to the Management on policies/ procedures etc. I possess more than a decade experience in collaborating with Business Heads in defining business strategies, HR strategies to achieve the company Goals. Experienced in succession planning, BCM and ERM of the company. Seasoned in coaching the business heads in developing the new processes , guidelines etc. I act as a SME for any new process to be established in India. 9 years experience in handling Company Audit - Internal and external by Big 5.Strongly believe in learning never ends and just a degree does not give you expertise.
