Although my career started as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte-USI, I am currently working as a Deputy Manager at State Bank of India. Being the largest Public Sector Bank and one of the three Systemically Important Banks in India, I have had the opportunity to work in various capacities including Manager( Operations), Branch Manager, Administrative Officer (Deceased Settlement, Premises and Estate, Compliance) and with an extremely diverse population base. I am particularly strong in Customer Relationship Management, PBBU (Personal Banking Business Unit) Advances and Deposit Building, Conflict handling, Customer Retention and Personnel Management through the introduction of best practice methodologies, continuous process improvements, and motivational team building. Equally strong in project and people management which helped me in achieving quantitative and qualitative deliverables and meeting targets on time under aggressive deadlines.
