I worked as a senior Manager and had to develop the organization into a full financial service provider and into a leading financial institution as per the advice of operations team and existing branches / CSP centers. I was also responsible for achieving business targets of all CSP (Customer Service Provider) and of company as a whole. Develop and maintain relation with stakeholders like Bankers, Partners, Creditors, Customers and the local authorities.I had to prepare business plans of all the CSPs based on the potential of the area.Monitor branch managers /City managers, Regional managers ensure they deliver their targets and service effectively and achieve the targets, executing and effectively implementing the strategic goals of the company including monitoring, control and taking measures for corrective action at appropriate time. Assist in training and coaching staff and subordinates for effective implementation of the products and services delivery. I worked as Operations Manager in the previous organization wherein I was responsible for keeping track of the daily operations and talking to clients for sales of the product. Maintain relationship with clients and give presentations. Also develop strategies for increasing employee productivity and ensure product and services delivery, planning of employee engagement activities also. Prior to that I worked for Lexmark and HP Printers as my clients, providing after-sale services to their customers.My first experience was in the field of marketing and sales of high end watch brands like ROLEX, RADO, MAVADO and also the sales of diamond jewellery in USA.
