I am MBBS, MD pathology. With total more than 16 YRS experience. I am having DHA licence of Specialist clinical pathologist and MOH eligibility. I am GOAL and efficiency driven experience health care professional in diagnostic field of over 16 YRS. Total more than 16 YRS experience of pathology lab in India in multispeciality hospital kota and referral lab in Jaipur rajasthan india, that is founded by myself in India along with 4 yrs experience in Dubai in hospital setup as lab HOD / director. I am having experience of lab accreditation includes JCI, ACHS and, ISO15189 :2012. I am having certified Auditor course of ISO 15189 2012 :2012. I am having 6 month blood banking certification course from ISBT india.Skilled in pathology consultation with expertise in all fields of pathology including hematology, biochemistry, immunology, serology, cytology, histopathology, blood banking, oncopathology, hematooncology and lab management etc. JCI, ACHS AND ISO15189 :2012 accreditation process with excellent client relationship, with well versed in India and UAE. I am passionate about the world of pathology specially in New advancement in pathology field, that encourage to grow our work area by implementing these new advancement. I like teaching of pathology, updating all technical and diagnostic advances to lab team, and pathology consultation. It is my job to understand the growth, objectives and any issues in the laboratory, so idenfy them and solve timely. My duty is to make lab perfect with available resources and create lab scalable, measurable, and should have sustainable growth. I am Well experienced in all fields of laboratory including hematology, serology, immunology, biochemistry, histopathology, cytology, onco hematology and blood banking etc. I am Fully responsible for maintaining and preparing lab or department for inspection . Throughout my carrier, I have perfected my diagnostics and laboratory skills. I am a capable and consistent problem solver as a team leader of laboratory. I am well skilled for prioritizing and managing all lab projects that lead to organization growth. In my previous role, I contributed critical thinking, leadership and technical expertise towards team efforts and business improvements.
