In preparation for the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre's (NMACC) much-anticipated launch, I spearheaded impactful strategies. By aligning messaging with NMACC's vision, we stirred anticipation. Engaging key stakeholders, including Nita Mukesh Ambani, we crafted compelling narratives that garnered support from influential arts and culture figures. Our multifaceted approach spanned social media, PR, emails, and media partnerships, amplifying NMACC's visibility.Leading a creative team, we produced captivating teasers, imagery, and thought-provoking articles, fostering intrigue. Orchestrating exclusive pre-launch events with artists and thought leaders elevated NMACC's prestige, capturing media attention.By implementing data-driven tracking, we optimized strategies in real-time, resulting in increased pre-launch engagement and positive sentiment surrounding NMACC. Our collaborative efforts cultivated excitement, positioning NMACC for a successful launch that resonated with its diverse audience.

Worked with HR platform team for development and implementation of HR Innovation product strategy. We amalgamated new age technology with existing HR processes in order to create a superlative employee experience thereby increasing organisational effectiveness.I worked on design, development and deployment of various products which had direct impact on L&D and performance management process of HR.
