On June 30, 2006, we acquired all of the outstanding interest in our wholly-owned subsidiary Media Alianta Ltd. - 100% owner of AnaliticMedia Grup (AMG), both Moldavian companies. AMG has been producing and broadcasting TV programs and news reports primarily for the Moldovan viewers. In 2006, AMG launched a privately owned television channel "TV7" that targets middle class urban population with an average age of 30 ( http://www.tv7.md ). Media Top Prim Ltd. (“TNT-Bravo” channel) is the exclusive operator in Moldova of TNT programs owned by Gazprom Media. Today, ”TNT-Bravo” is one of the most popular channels in the channel packages of Moldavian cable network operators. Focusing on entertainment “TNT-Bravo” broadcasts an optimal mix of programs that are of interest to its target audience. The channel is the right holder of both the in-house production programs and the acquired formats.
