involved in 5 yr Electrical Maintenance Contract for Shuaiba Refinery, Kuwait from January 2011 onwards!

1. Was involved from June'07 to June'08 as Project Manager for an Electrical project at KNPC, Shuaiba Refinery2. In parallel, responsible for complete Electrical activities with SUG Upgrade project for Joint Operations, Wafra3. Involved with complete design coordination with client, procurement and construction activities for both the above projects4. Installation of Second Incomer 6.6 KV, for Substation 12 of KNPC refinery including cabling, ABB switchgear , MV and LT cables, commissioning and hook up of new Switchgear with old switchgear

Estimation, Planning and Execution of Short form contracts in Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia for the following projects: 1. Replacement of 50 KVA twin UPS systems in Ras Tanura, North Refinery during T & I. 2. Installation of Chlorination system at North Terminal, Ras Tanura 3. Procurement and Installation of Fire Siren at Qatif LPG plant in collaboration with Federal Signals, USA 4. Modification and Upgradation of 5 Switchracks at Juaymah Tank Farm

>Directly involved with Electrical maintenance, operation and trouble shooting of new Dry Process kiln and Raw Mill system.>Was accountable for raw mill Electrical section as part of raw mill team and involved in Energy conservation activities of the plant in order to bring down Unit / ton of Cement.>Successfully performed root cause analysis to reduce breakdowns and standardized spares to reduce inventory>Employed 5s, TPM, Kaizen, root cause analysis etc. for improving productivity.>Optimizing power consumption of raw mill section for optimum output through various energy saving measures.>Trained and mentored the team for internal training development activities.>Carried out planning and execution of yearly shutdown and T & I activities as per ISO 9000 norms.>Was actively involved in team building exercise of raw mill section in which our team won best team awards for 5 consecutive months.

>Completed Erection and commissioning of 350 TPD caustic chlorine plant.>Designed and erected electrical system for new CPW plant.>Coordinated with client, consultant and contractor during execution.>Inspected MCCs, HT panel, before dispatch as client, in collaboration with consultant (ICB Technimont Ltd.> Follow up, Reporting and Updating daily site activities of the Project
