I am currently working to continue, strengthen, scale up and replicate the implementation of multi-stakeholders approach of solid waste management program within Jakarta and Kepulauan Seribu. This project is more on enhancing capacity both local community group and government to address waste issues, store and connect the best practices of waste resolutions both local, national, and international level, as well as develop the infrastructure to enable community participation ecosystem.
- Developed a strategic plan for mitigating and responding to any related illegal activities which lead to habitat fragmentation in the Harapan Rainforest Landscape. In this program, I supported the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in implementing the program in the field by assisting them in initial coordination with the selected villages, assisting in beneficiaries' registration and requirement process as well as verification, socialisation, and cash delivery.

Provided facilities and hygiene support to the affected community by EQ, Tsunami, and Liquefaction in Central Sulawesi through supporting and working together with the Indonesia National Society (PMI) regarding Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene needs. I was responsible for assisting WASH delegates in implementing, monitoring and supervising the implementation of the WASH recovery program in Central Sulawesi operations, such as the reconstruction of 40 permanent latrines; distributed and installation of 2000 litres of stainless steel water tanks capacity together with water tower in communal latrines such as schools, worship, and community joint places for about 200 points. I played a role in monitoring and supervising the distribution of clean water to internally displaced persons (IDP) camps as beneficiaries and disseminating basic knowledge of hygiene during post-disaster.
I had to run the program in terms of solving the waste issues; ensuring all the implemented programs have achieved the target indicator; and monitoring and evaluating before, during and after the program was implemented. I was also a budget holder, thus I had to analyze the movements needed based on the resources that Seangle had. In addition, I was responsible for collecting ideas from the volunteers who had initiatives of projects and making sure that initiations were well-implemented. Moreover, I had done analyzing several data as baseline data to support designing sustainable programs. As the Head of Program and Research, I have to make sure that either the program/project's short or long-term must involve the local community as the target audiences that Seangle want to change the bad behaviour towards the environment.
