My role and responsibilities assisted the Program Officer in running the program in the field smoothly both administratively and communicatively together with the National Partner Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). Some highlighted achievements that have been recorded such as:- Mangrove restoration project in 2 prone tsunamis zone led by local community and fish farmers. - Implemented successfully teacher training to apply Safe School Strategies - Established and presented a document of Vulnerability Capacity Assessment (VCA) which has been done by CBAT at 4 affected districts (Palu, Sigi, Parigi, Donggala) as a recommended action plan for government bodies and related NGOs/CSO for supporting the implementation - Successfully assessed and installed the evacuation route signs for tsunamis, earthquakes and landslides along with information, education and communication materials- Enhanced the capacity of the local community on waste management system by installing waste-segregated bins

I was responsible for assisting WASH delegates in implementing, monitoring and supervising the implementation of the WASH recovery program in Central Sulawesi operations, such as the reconstruction of 40 permanent latrines; distributed and installation of 2000 litres of stainless steel water tanks capacity together with water tower in communal latrines such as schools, worship, and community joint places for about 200 points. I played a role in monitoring and supervising the distribution of clean water to internally displaced persons (IDP) camps as beneficiaries and disseminating basic knowledge of hygiene during post-disaster.

As the Head of Program and Research, I have to make sure that either the program/project's short or long-term must involve the local community as the target audiences that Seangle want to change the bad behaviour towards the environment.
