In this position, I am playing a role in recording and monitoring the implementation of Seangle's initiation in the field; recap and analyzing the collected data and information by the team; ensuring the objectives and indicators of the project are met with donors requirements; as well as designing and establishing a sustainable plan to run the initiative continuously

I am currently working to continue, strengthen, scale up and replicate the implementation of multi-stakeholders approach of solid waste management program within Jakarta and Kepulauan Seribu. This project is more on enhancing capacity both local community group and government to address waste issues, store and connect the best practices of waste resolutions both local, national, and international level, as well as develop the infrastructure to enable community participation ecosystem.

- Developed a strategic plan for mitigating and responding to any related illegal activities which lead to habitat fragmentation in the Harapan Rainforest Landscape. The plan is agreed upon with multiple stakeholders both from private companies and government institutions. - Led in implementing a warning early detection system in the Harapan Rainforest along with providing capacity enhancement to the rangers in responding to and analyzing the illegal alerts. - Led in bioacoustics training for scientists to have both general and technical understanding in the workflow of analyzing the soundscape recordings for biodiversity monitoring- Supported in establishing a desk study of social conflict in Harapan Rainforest which will help in designing suitable commodities for non-timber forest products for the local community and farmer groups who live in and around the landscape.- Led in developing a landscape collaborative work plan against forest crime which will involve law enforcement

Partnership for Forest Project - Integrated Landscape Management - Hutan Harapan Multi stakeholders forum facilitator to facilitate mutual collaboration to make a buffer zone around Hutan Harapan and protect the remaining habitat for biodiversity and endangered species which is hopefully done by both from each member forum/concessions and government bodies. The collaborative plan aims to advocate issues such as illegal logging, encroachment, illegal oil drilling, forest fire and human-wildlife conflict.My role and responsibilities are:- Led in composting and implementing trust-building guidelines as a reference for forum facilitator to get intensive engagement and trust by forum members - Led in implementing and utilizing a project management platform for the forum members to have data and information sharing related to landscape risk monitoring- Led in establishing digital mobilization recording in security posts and enhancing the capacity for security officers to record the potential non-legal vehicles using customized application- Supported in using the SMART PATROL system not limited to rangers, conservationists, and surveyors to monitor biodiversity and illegal findings while patrolling both internally and collaboratively- Led in integrating system management for landscape level regarding guidelines and Standard Operational Procedures in mitigating the conflict between humans and wildlife prioritizing key species such as Sumatran elephants and Sumatran tigers.

This project aims to develop community-based disaster risk reduction, especially in 4 affected districts in Central Sulawesi Province. My role and responsibilities assisted the Program Officer in running the program in the field smoothly both administratively and communicatively together with the National Partner Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). Some highlighted achievements that have been recorded such as:- Mangrove restoration project in 2 prone tsunamis zone led by local community and fish farmers. - Implemented successfully teacher training to apply Safe School Strategies - Established and presented a document of Vulnerability Capacity Assessment (VCA) which has been done by CBAT at 4 affected districts (Palu, Sigi, Parigi, Donggala) as a recommended action plan for government bodies and related NGOs/CSO for supporting the implementation - Successfully assessed and installed the evacuation route signs for tsunamis, earthquakes and landslides along with information, education and communication materials- Enhanced the capacity of the local community on waste management system by installing waste-segregated bins

The program provided vocational training as community livelihood assistance to the beneficiaries who were hit by an earthquake, tsunami, and liquefaction in four districts in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. I was responsible for monitoring the training, facilitating the beneficiaries in finding the solution or question regarding the program as well as reporting any issues to the team leader that were found in the field

Cash-Based Intervention is a Cash assistance program for the affected community from EQ, Tsunami, and Liquefaction in Central Sulawesi Indonesia. In this program, I supported the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in implementing the program in the field by assisting them in initial coordination with the selected villages, assisting in beneficiaries' registration and requirement process as well as verification, socialisation, and cash delivery.

Provided facilities and hygiene support to the affected community by EQ, Tsunami, and Liquefaction in Central Sulawesi through supporting and working together with the Indonesia National Society (PMI) regarding Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene needs. I was responsible for assisting WASH delegates in implementing, monitoring and supervising the implementation of the WASH recovery program in Central Sulawesi operations, such as the reconstruction of 40 permanent latrines; distributed and installation of 2000 litres of stainless steel water tanks capacity together with water tower in communal latrines such as schools, worship, and community joint places for about 200 points. I played a role in monitoring and supervising the distribution of clean water to internally displaced persons (IDP) camps as beneficiaries and disseminating basic knowledge of hygiene during post-disaster.

I had to run the program in terms of solving the waste issues; ensuring all the implemented programs have achieved the target indicator; and monitoring and evaluating before, during and after the program was implemented. I was also a budget holder, thus I had to analyze the movements needed based on the resources that Seangle had. In addition, I was responsible for collecting ideas from the volunteers who had initiatives of projects and making sure that initiations were well-implemented. Moreover, I had done analyzing several data as baseline data to support designing sustainable programs. As the Head of Program and Research, I have to make sure that either the program/project's short or long-term must involve the local community as the target audiences that Seangle want to change the bad behaviour towards the environment.

Provide medical stuffs and operation support to Health Center in Clinic, IDP shelters, and Mobile Clinic.
