I am a Chemical Engineer, with extensive managerial experience acquired in General Management, Operations, Purchasing and Project Management positions within Multinational and Italian high level companies operating in different fields: Agri-Food industry, Chemical , Mechanical, Building. I worked in Italy and abroad in manufacturing multi-site companies organized in day and full shift (24 h/day). In Problem Solving activities I prefer team-work approach (with SWOT analysis techniques) paying particular attention to Human Resources, Safety, Environment and Quality (I got the following certifications: ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, BRC, IFS, SA 8000 and RSI – 2006). In Optimizing Production/Logistics processes I apply Lean Manufacturing concepts. I have deep knowledge of main production processes as: sterilization, pasteurization, ATM, and Blending for solid products, powders and liquids.I manage Purchasing of raw materials, equipment, packaging and utilities at national and international level. I have proven experience in planning activities, budgeting with responsibility on P & L. I coordinated several complex Projects such as building and equipment refurbishing, plant layout revamping and operations re-engineering for multi-site companies.In Marketing/Sales I participated in product design, industrialization and launches in B to B and Retail markets. I’m familiar with the needs of the most important player of the GDO and HO.RE.CA. (Coop, Conad, Esselunga, Eurospin, LIDL, MARR etc.) and fast food companies (McDonald's, Burger King, Road House, Autogrill etc.)
