I love project work. It's great to be part of the implementation of a new idea into a new process. In my career I was lucky enough to be involved two different projects. In 2012, we created a new method of collecting and processing orders from our costumers with a new B2B surface. In 2018, I became part of a team dedicated to replacing obsolete municipal property registration software. Creating databases, testing, feedback to programmers, user trainings, to me, these are the most exciting processes of work. Of course, in order to introduce new processes, we need to be aware that the old ones are no longer appropriate. This requires an open leadership that is receptive to new ideas.This is the kind of work environment I can't wait to be a part of.
