Responsible for WADA's stakeholders relations and engagement; including the relations with the Public Authorities of the world, intergovernmental organisations and the sport movement. Also responsible for the development of partnerships with the private sector and international organisations. Proactively shape, develop, execute, deliver on and coordinate the Agency's strategic priorities with regard to policy development and stakeholders , government and intergovernmental organizations relations.

- Developing and implementing the new Strategic Direction of the school- Developing and implementing a university outreach strategy- Assessing emerging learning needs and developing program options to address these- Overseeing the evaluation and audit functions- Managing 50 employees and a budget of $7M

- Overseeing the activities of 19 portfolio organizations with a combined budget of $3B- Ensuring good governance, proper accountability and reviewing all relevant documents- Responsible for nomination process of 192 board trustees, including 11 CEOs- Providing advice directly to the Deputy Minister and Minister on all matters under the Minister’s responsibility - Leading the Deficit Reduction Action Plan for Canadian Heritage and 13 portfolio organizations- Ensuring seamless coordination and effective working relations within the organizations - Implementing a 25% budget reduction- Managing 25 employees and a budget of $4M

- Providing recommendations to the Minister on issues related to international activities - Developing a focused International Strategy for the department and its portfolio agencies- Reforming TV5 Monde and negotiating co-productions agreements in the audio-visual sector- Reviewing the international framework for bilateral agreements in culture and sport- Negotiating a number of new bilateral agreements- Developing and implementing the department’s strategies regarding Canada’s participation in the UNESCO Convention on the Diversity of Cultural Expressions, and the UNESCO Convention Against Doping in Sport; Head of Canadian Delegations on numerous occasions - Implementing a 40% budget reduction- Managing 50 employees and a budget $8M

- Providing recommendations to the Minister on broadcasting issues such as proposed legislative changes, appeals on CRTC decisions, the funding and governance of the Canadian Television Fund, foreign ownership rules, etc- Providing in-depth analysis that led to policy development proposals- Developping policies and programs and recommending strategies for the broadcasting industry - Managing 35 employees and a budget of $6M

- Setting up a new branch to implement the Cultural Content Internet Strategy (including 9 support programs and $76M)- Ensuring active participation of the new branch on the International Digitization Committee- Setting up a National Advisory Board; plus three distinct national sub-committees- Developing partnerships to lever investment and reduce administration costs
