René Heymann is a Turnaround & Growth Consultant at Struktur Management Partner, a pioneer in turnaround management in Germany for 40 years with a track record of over 700 projects. René holds two Masters degrees with distinction from the Otto-Friedrich University of Bamberg and the Prague University of Economics and Business. He is a recipient of the German-Czech Future Fund and merit scholarships for outstanding academic achievements.He is interested in various aspects of strategic transformation processes, especially the challenges of radical transformation under distress, redesigning business models and refocusing corporate strategy.
