Emesa is a marketleader in e-commerce in the Benelux with possibilities to grow European. Emesa is known for the brands VakantieVeilingen.nl and actievandedag.nl.I helped to find new funding for European expansion. In this journey we ended up selling the Company to Talpa, the big medianetwork of John de Mol.With all stakeholders happy after executing the deal, I left the Company in december 2017.

RDC is a full service data-supplier and ICT-serviceplatform for the mobilitysector in the Benelux. RDC helps its B to B partners not only to obtain a better reach to their customers, but also with servicing and retention of their customers. RDC optimizes the Mobility Industry with software solutions and BIG data. By transforming the Company from b to b into b to b to c we could make a big turn. Our clients knew everything about cars, but not enough about their customers. By combining new smart consumer solutions with the known big data and automation of RDC we could make a huge difference for our clients.

ASN Groep is a Top 3 collision repair franchise in the Benelux with a large and trusted network. All stakeholders in the process collaborate in ASN’s unique in-house developed multi-user software solution. I managed to acquire Insurance companies and large agents to become partners in our franchise chain in a relatively short time frame. We helped their customers with a 9+ experience to keep their existing policies.

At Reaal I started as a salesmanager, then moved up to the board with responsibility for the national sales portfolio and finally adding marketing and strategy to my span of control. I had oversight in different portfolio’s and was responsible for big teams, always with a clientdriven approach. Along the way we acquired 6 insurance companies and I took place in the integration committees to enhance our sales and distribution power, as well as to integrate productportfolio’s and optimise the IT environment for our agents. We had tripled our marketshare for life insurance almost autonomously and had a great reputation under our agents for our flexible approach and personal touch. Next to day to day business I was responsible for the bond between SNS Reaal Group and AFM (regulator) for the client-interest-central theme, a hot topic in those days and even nowadays.In these ten years I got offered lots of chances and great opportunity to grow as a professional. Certainly because of the executive program I took part in and in which I worked together with the CEO of SNS REAAL for almost 2 years.

Van der Linden was a big realtor (200 FTE) with a separate insurance agency. I realized a successful cross sell arrangement with the realtors, enhanced and grew the SME portfolio and I lead the migration from an old dying system to ANVA.

I was the employee benefits specialist at De Jong at first, but very soon I became a member of the management team and as such managed offices in Alkmaar and Schagen. I managed to acquire big companies like Lidl Netherlands and a spin of from Philips.
