Experienced Investment Analyst, Equity Strategy consultant and Portfolio Manager. Reporting directly to the Global Chief Investment Officer (CIO), I had Investment Oversight responsibility for all of Columbia Threadneedle’s North America based Equity funds/accounts, totaling more than $100BN in Assets Under Management, and covering US as well as all other Developed and Emerging Markets. This included investment idea validation, strategy implementation, fund/manager due diligence, investment process enhancement and product marketing. I was Lead strategist on innovative US and International Strategic Beta Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), and voting member on multiple investment related committees, including Investment Oversight Committee and Investment Risk Committee. I was also responsible for independent reporting to multiple Mutual Fund boards, and frequent participant in due diligence meetings with current and prospective clients. Currently, I am supporting Investment teams with implementation of processes related to Sustainable Investments, including SFDR-reporting regulations, UN Sustainable Development Goals, and other directives and guidelines from national and international agencies. Also, I provide analysis of potential risks related to ESG-related routines, themes and controversies at the fund- or company level, and lead dialogues with Norwegian and International companies related to improvement opportunities regarding implementation and reporting of sustainability themes. I have been a CFA charter holder since August 2009.
