Independent consultant on Automation & Robotics, based on a passion on being self-employee I took the opportunity to start my own business.Seeking to provide highly specialized knowledge and competence to companies implementing and using Automation and Robotics.

To this role I was headhunted to build competences and support projects involving robot and advance automation. My role was to coordinate tasks and development activities within robotics and the implementation of new technologies. E.g.: Simulation, test, and verification was a crucial part of my daily work routine.The position did involve unofficial management of three other colleagues. As a part of the task of management that also included conflict management, resource allocation, project management etc. The role did also include a great deal of supporting tasks within e.g., the sustainable materials program called out by the LEGO Group to be sustainable on their packing material. I hereby governed and supported the development and implementation of new production equipment to support this transition.

During my time in Eltronic A/S I was involved in implementing various automation equipment at international companies supporting with from development to commissioning at the customer sites. Training and deeply involvement in the handover to the customers. Managing stakeholder management both internally and externally during commissioning and securing task implementation according to schedule.

After my completion of my bachelor’s degree, I was asked if I would like to continue in the company where I did my internship.I was given the opportunity to build on my competences within project management and had various projects supporting international customers. To this date the biggest project of my management involving implementation of multiple palletizing units at a German customer.The project was highly successful for both the company and the customer. At that time, the customer was a first-time customer but afterwards becoming a very valuable customer for the company.My time at Kilde Automation A/S is something that gave a lot of value to my skillset, I was given a lot of opportunities and value the experiences from this position to this day.

My internship and diploma in engineering was in collaboration with KILDE A/S and my bachelor project with same company. The project considered the market analysis and design of a modular robotic arm for packaging operations.

HEA A/S later Agerkilde A/S was the company that I joined after my apprenticeship at Danish Crown. During my time at the company, I was servicing automation equipment for multiple customers on either contracts or ad hoc servicing.

My first formal training where I did my apprenticeship and later transferred to a full-time employment after finalizing my education in 2007. At my time within the company, I developed a good base of basic craftsmanship. Outside of the norm of the formal training I also included e.g. welding and machining.Later when the company suffered a catastrophic event, the location had an intensive fire that destroyed a large portion of the buildings and production equipment. I transferred temporally to another location supporting weekend production and later took on nighttime employment and had the full responsibility for maintenance during the night shift until the closure of this location.
